Viteral Signs Agreement with BUA Group for Building Feed Mill Projects

A new agreement between BUA Group and Viteral (a subsidiary of Imas Group of Companies) was signed for the construction of two complete feed mill projects in Nigeria with 40 TPH (tons per hour) total capacity.

Building on the trust established through their previous collaborations in ‘Mega Mill’ projects, Imas has achieved recognition as a long-term business partner of BUA Group… After the execution of various flour mill projects with a total capacity of 5.600 TPD (tons per day) across Nigeria, this time Imas will be building feed mills for its esteemed customers.

BUA Group’s new feed mill projects will be completed by Imas in turnkey basis, including all the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning services. Right after the agreement and release of the downpayment, project orders has already been taken into the manufacturing schedule by Imas, which the delivery of the equipment is expected in around six months.

Mr. Abdul Samad Rabiu (Founder/Executive Chairman of BUA Group) and representing Viteral, Mr. Mustafa Ozdemir (Vice Chairman of Loras Holding) came together once again for the new agreement ceremony at BUA Group Middle East Office in Dubai, UAE on December 1st, 2025.

Mustafa Ozdemir said that: ‘We express our sincere gratitude to BUA Group for their trust and ongoing business partnership. Moreover, we feel excited to be a part of BUA Group’s continuous expansion drive, which also means new inspiring business opportunities for us.’ 

Mr Ozdemir also emphasized their plans on extending operations in Nigeria: ‘We are planning to launch Imas Nigeria country office very soon, to serve local spare parts and after-sales services for especially BUA Group’s operating flour and feed mills across the country.’
