New generation Alapala machinery to ensure efficiency
The renovation work includes the replacement of the complete equipment in the milling section with the new generation Alapala machinery including Similago II Roller Mills, Aurora 828 Jumbo Plansifters, and Arion Purifiers along with bran finishers, detachers, control sifters, and the pneumatic conveying installation, etc.
The electrical installation of the complete plant has been modified for the adaptation of existing machinery to the new plant automation system.
The scope of the renovation work also includes process engineering service by Alapala, that the milling diagram is made for 180 TPD wheat processing capacity to produce high quality atta, maida, and sooji flour in ‘Chakra’ brand. -By Alapala
