Minneapolis, MN – November 5, 2025 – Grain handling and grain processing professionals can now secure their spot at GEAPS Exchange 2026, set for February 21-24, 2026. Hosted by Grain Elevator and Processing Society (GEAPS), the annual conference returns to the Kansas City Convention Center in Kansas City, Missouri. The event offers more than 45 hours of education, a trade show with hundreds of exhibitors, and unmatched networking opportunities.
Attend for Over 45 Hours of Education
The education program kicks off with Captain Jack Becker, a former US Navy fighter pilot, as the keynote presenter. Jack delivers action-packed lessons of fighter pilot combat missions to instill a culture of continual improvement. His simple and repeatable model helps teams perform at higher levels by building upon successes and avoiding repeated mistakes. The Idea Exchange Program follows, featuring new products and ideas from industry peers. Join us for a morning of learning and networking.
The learning continues in the Expo Hall with more than 400 exhibitors anticipated. The GEAPS Exchange show floor is the best way to find new equipment or services for your facility. Many exhibitors bring hands-on displays, machinery, and equipment for attendees to see, touch, and feel.
New to the session lineup in the Expo Hall this year is the Electrical Hazard Demonstration: WATT Could Go Wrong? presented by Evergy. The demo focuses on the hazards of electricity and how to stay safe when working near overhead and underground lines. It features live hazardous electrical scenarios using a 7,200-volt demonstration trailer.
The educational sessions and innovation stations include a robust lineup of educational presentations within the five education tracks—processing, safety, maintenance, grain operations, and employee development. The Expo Hall will also host a Grain Bin Rescue and Safety Demonstration.
Attend to Make Your Connections Grow
Whether you are just beginning your career or are a seasoned veteran, GEAPS Exchange is the place to connect, share insights, and shape the future of agriculture. Bob Horvat, Cargill, serves as GEAPS International President and has attended GEAPS Exchange for many years.
“GEAPS Exchange is one of the best examples of bringing people together. Each year, the event continues to grow in size and in impact,” said Horvat. “It’s where ideas are shared, partnerships are formed, and friendships are strengthened. Exchange is not simply about equipment or technology—it’s about people learning from one another and advancing together.”
And it doesn’t stop there. There are several networking opportunities in addition to the show floor. We invite you to register for a Full Access pass, which includes the opening Mixer for first-time and international attendees, the Get Acquainted Party at J. Rieger & Co. Distillery, the Welcome Reception held right in the Expo Hall, and the closing Music Bingo event.
