National Tea Company Limited on Thursday (July 16, 2026) held its 46th annual general meeting through a hybrid method, said a press release. Chairman Mamun Rashid presided over the meeting.
Among others, directors Md Shakil Rizvi, Md Harun-Or-Rashid, Mahedi Masuduzzaman, Md Sarwar Kamal, Mohammed Bin Quasem, Md Mohsin Miah, Niranjan Chandra Debnath, Shama Rukh Alam, Saleh Uddin and Ayesha Akther were present. BusinessFormation
Managing director HSM Ziaul Ahsan also attended the meeting. Company secretary AK Azad Chowdhury conducted the meeting.
During the meeting, shareholders discussed financial statements for the relevant 2023-2024 financial year, as well as the company’s development programs and various other activities, and approved the annual report for the 2023-2024 financial year.
