Mr. Mehmet Altintas: I got involved in this business with the decision we made with my business partner. GFMM: Will you say something about your business start-up? Mr. Mehmet: I decided to start this business because I felt that we would be successful in the flour and feed factory machinery production and sales market. GFMM: Tell us about the current status or range of your business and company? Mr. Mehmet: Our company is a company that produces the machinery and equipment required for the establishment of a flour and feed factory. GFMM: What kind of product do you produce? Mr. Mehmet: flour and feed factory installation machinery and parts. GFMM: Tell us about the quality of your product? Mr. Mehmet: Our machines are formed by combining 1st class quality parts. GFMM: How many country you are exporting? Mr. Mehmet: we are currently exporting to 6 to 10 countries. GFMM: Compare your industry/company with respect or the top class to the world market. Mr. Mehmet: In the world market, there are companies that are giants in the sector that do this job with a limited number of quality, but I think we are successful in this sector. GFMM: Tell me if you have any problems or challenges with this business. Mr. Mehmet: Our company also experiences the difficulties of every company related to this business. GFMM: How did you deal or overcome these problems/challenges? Mr. Mehmet: We overcame these difficulties thanks to my business partner, our staff and supplier companies. GFMM: Will you say about your management style? Mr. Mehmet: my management style, I have a style that keeps the business tight and wants excellence that constantly controls. GFMM: Say on your service categories. Mr. Mehmet: flour feed production and manufacturing. GFMM: Tell me about the education and experience of your staff or manpower. Mr. Mehmet: Our staffs working in our company are people who are trained in this field and are successful in their field. GFMM: Will you say about your significant achievement so far? Mr. Mehmet: Tens of factories we have established at home and abroad so far are our success.

Mr. Mehmet: I always got the strength behind me from my business partner and staff after my family.

Mr. Mehmet: I want to be more involved in this sector in the world market in the future.

Mr. Mehmet: As a successful industrialist, I have always taken the necessary care for my work and dreamed of the next step.

Mr. Mehmet: The characteristics of a good industrialist must be meticulous in his/her job and continue in the sector with an honest line.
