The German Innovation Award jury highlighted the mill’s "precision finish" and adherence to the food industry’s stringent hygiene standards, noting its stainless steel components and easy-cleaning features, such as removable polycarbonate inspection panels.

The NEW SIMILAGO II is a next-generation roller mill developed in collaboration with Alapala’s R&D team and ITALDESIGN, a globally recognized Italian design and engineering firm.
