Alapala has successfully completed the design, supply, and construction of a fully integrated grain milling complex for Moulin du Sako in Côte d’Ivoire, reinforcing its position as one of the world’s leading turnkey solution providers for the grain processing industry.
The project combined the expertise of Alapala Group companies to deliver a comprehensive industrial solution under a single roof.
As part of the project:
* Alapala supplied and commissioned a 250 TPD (tons per day) wheat flour mill, equipped with advanced milling technology to ensure high flour quality, operational efficiency, and long term reliability.
* Accon, the steel construction company of Alapala Holding, designed and constructed the complete steel production building and warehouse, providing a modern and durable industrial infrastructure.
* The facility was also equipped with six steel silos, each with a storage capacity of 2,500 tons, creating a total grain storage capacity of 15,000 tons and ensuring a reliable and efficient raw material supply for continuous production.
The successful completion of the project demonstrates Alapala’s ability to manage complex industrial investments from concept to commissioning through its integrated engineering, manufacturing, construction, and project management capabilities.
