Functional food is a type of functional food rich in
bio-active ingredients, which play a positive role in keeping the body healthy;
It also helps reduce the risk of several diseases. The advanced
technology-dependent countries of Japan, the United States, and Europe are
working tirelessly to reduce the risk of complex health problems through
bio-active-rich foods and to lead relatively healthy and active lifestyles.

Certificate, GMP (CODEX/FAO) Certificate, ISO:22000 Certificate, and US-FDA
Certificate. In addition, the institute is an active member of the
Germany-based International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movement (IFOAM).
The ingredients of the products manufactured by Organic
Nutrition Limited are collected from various reliable and certified organic
sources around the world. The organic raw materials used in organic functional
food are mainly imported from the USA, Japan, Turkey, Sri Lanka, and West Africa
from various USDA organic-certified companies. They are then stored and
processed according to organic regulations. The company is keeping the quality
of the product intact by using the advanced and latest technology in the production
process. Apart from this, all the workers involved in the production work are
regularly screened and several levels of hygiene are ensured upon entry into
the factory.
The production process of organic functional food is conducted in a fully controlled environment. Turmeric is one of the main ingredients of various functional foods of the Curcuma brand. It is ground using a special machine where curcumin, the bioactive component of turmeric, remains intact. A maximum temperature of 45°C is maintained and humidity is maintained at a maximum of 55 percent during turmeric powdering. Again using advanced technology, turmeric is powdered to about 80-micron particle size.
Functional foods are available as liquids, powders, and
capsules. Organic Nutrition Limited uses state-of-the-art tubular UHT machines
to produce liquid functionals; Which completely sterilizes the product and
maintains its quality. Also, there is an aseptic filling system to bottle the
product in a sterile environment. Besides, the company manufactures functional
food like powders and capsules through automated machines. Producing products
while maintaining quality is one of the important goals of the company.
