Keep Product on Your Conveyor Belt, Not Around It

The model SC-4 skirtboard clamp, manufactured by Conveyor Components Company, is commonly used to keep skirtboard rubber in place on the conveyor loading zone or transfer point.  The model SC-4 is a low-cost clamping system that allows for easy installation and easy adjustment of the rubber skirting.

A properly installed skirting system, in the loading zone, keeps more material on your conveyor belt, reduces spillage, as well as reduces clean-up time around the conveyor.

The standard construction of the model SC-4 consists of a zinc plated body, wing handle and pivot, along with a black oxide-coated adjustment stud.  The skirtboard rubber and angle iron are customer supplied.  These SC-4 clamps are designed to work with a variety of rubber thicknesses ranging from ½” to 1” and should be placed every 2 to 3 feet apart around the conveyor loading zone or transfer point.
