We have an outstanding group in this week for the IGP-KSU Introduction to Flour Milling for State Wheat Commissioners course! The 10 participants are representing Kansas Wheat, U.S. Wheat Associates, Oregon Wheat Commission, Washington Grain Commission, and the Team Marketing Alliance LLC. USW staff Steve Mercer, Shebli Knisley and Claire Hutchins attended this course earlier this week, and Mark Fowler, USW Vice President of Global Technical Services, helped co-teach the course.
