1. Boot procedure
Important: If the system power is turned off, take one hour to complete the power-on step before running the product.
(1) Clean all Windows and backgrounds, verify that internal and external rubber rollers or brushes are clean and pollution-free, and touch the entire transverse width of the conveyor belt.
(2) Ensure that all safety plates are securely installed and all protective doors are closed and bolted.
(3) Open the sorting machine's air supply and water supply switch.
(4) Turn on the power switch of the device.
(5) Turn on the main power switch located on the operator control panel. Note: The light system can only be turned on after the sorting machine is turned on for about 5 minutes. Wait for about 30 minutes to make the light system hot and stable.
(6) Verify that the hydro gauge reading is between 20 and 100psi, that the factory barometer reading is between 75 and 120psi, and that the jet pressure is 60psi, adjust if necessary.
(7) The Status page is displayed. Correct sorter status and standardize Settings for all cameras.
(8) Make sure the name of "Settings" at the bottom of the screen matches the product being sorted.
(9) Start sorting and verify that all cameras work correctly.
(10) Start the belt conveyor. Observe the belt running, if the belt does not track, stop the conveyor immediately and maintenance personnel correct the belt tracking.
(11) Confirm that the system is sorting with a few test products or other permitted steps.
(12) Start the feed vibrator.
2. Shutdown steps
(1) Short-term shutdown: the shutdown time does not exceed 12 hours (continue to use the same day).
A. Stop product flow and wait for all products to leave the sorting machine.
B. Close and lock the belt conveyor.
c. Clean all Windows and backgrounds.
(2) Long-term shutdown: shutdown time more than 12 hours (no longer used on the day).
A. Stop product flow and wait for all products to leave the sorting machine.
B. Close the feed vibrator and belt conveyor.
c. Display the system page and select the shutdown button.
d. Select the power off button to turn off the main power switch located on the operator control panel.
e. After turning off the main power switch on the control panel, the system will continue to live for about 5 minutes. To turn off the power immediately, turn off the main power cutoff switch.
f. Turn off the power switch of the device and lock it.
g. Close and fasten all protective doors.
h. Clean all Windows and backgrounds.
