First, the common failures and reasons for rice milling machine
1, after starting the rice mill, no feed or rice. Reason: rice machine reversal; Brown rice contains too much water and is sticky, which clogs the feed port and rice screen. Measures: adjust the motor steering; Dry grain, and unclog the feed port and rice screen.
2, the finished product contains too much broken. Reason: the pressure in the grinding room of the rice machine is too large; The rice screen is uneven or deformed; the Rice knife is too thick; the Brown rice in the machine contains too much broken, burst the waist, poor quality or too low water too high. Measures: reduce the pressure in the white grinding room; Change the rice sieve or shape; Replace the thin rice knife; Control or adjust the quality of imported brown rice.
3, the finished product contains too much bran. Reason: sand roll serious wear; The sieve hole is blocked; Blockage of the suction system; The wind or air pressure of the bran suction fan is too small. Measures: Replace the sand roller; Clean the screen; Adjust wind pressure and wind; Replace the bran suction fan.
4, precision to reduce rough white unevenness. Reason: the incoming material flow is unstable; The discharge port pressure is too small or the pressure door is not flexible; The rice screen, rice knife, or sand roller is badly worn. Measures: Adjust the flow; Adjust the weight; Replace the components.
5. The rice mill is blocked. Reason: the feed flow is large, the outlet pressure is too large; The discharge port is blocked by rice bran; Belt slip; Abrasive roll wear or rice cutter wear; Screw headwear, is loose; Brown rice has too much moisture. Measures: reduce the feed port, and large discharge port; Remove accumulated bran from the outlet; Tension the drive belt; Replace the screw head or tighten it; Reduce moisture or large sieve size.
6, the current is unstable. Reason: feed port broken, pressure door failure; rice screen is blocked or damaged; The power supply is disconnected. Measures: Appropriate adjustment of incoming and outgoing materials, so that the material filled the grinding room; Clean the rice sieve or replace it; Repair the circuit.
7. Machine vibration. Cause: anchor bolt loose; Unbalanced rotating part: there is a loosening phenomenon at the connection of the equipment. Measures: tighten the bolts; Symmetrical adjustment to make it balanced; Overhaul and tighten.
8, finished product heat. Reason: brown rice humidity is too high; Screen or discharge port blockage: Measures: reduce brown rice moisture; Dredge the screen and outlet.
9, bearing heat. Reason: too much oil or lack of oil in the bearing; The lubricating oil is too dirty. Measures: Add or reduce butter; Clean bearings in time.
