1, milling room of rice milling machine
What are the main components of the self-service rice mill?
The milled rice room is the core of the milled rice machine. The milled rice chamber has a hollow shaft, sand roller, iron roller, rice body, etc. The sand roller with the vent is outside the hollow shaft, the rice body is set outside the sand roller, and the rice body press frame is fixed on the rice body. The screw head is fixed on the feed end of the hollow shaft, the main shaft pressure sleeve is fixed on the outside of the spiral head, the spiral head has an entrance hole, the main shaft pressure sleeve also has an entrance hole, and the hollow shaft has two entrances at both ends. This will form an entryway of the middle layer outside the hollow shaft in the milling chamber.
The two water intakes of the rice mill constitute a two-way inflow of the main shaft, and the entrance channel becomes 4 channels. The increase in the inflow and pressure of the milled rice chamber makes the material suspended, greatly reduces the influence of gravity on the material, and improves the milled rice efficiency. The indoor pressure of milled rice gradually matches with the expansion of the inlet air area. The strong wind of negative pressure can fully reduce the temperature of rice, make the bran more abundant and easy to clog, effectively use the physical area, reduce the crushing rate, and increase the yield.
2. Sand roller and iron roller structure of rice mill
Sand roll and iron roll are the main working parts of the milling room. The inner wall of the sand roller is provided with a fixed sleeve, and the sand roller and the hollow shaft are connected through a fixed sleeve, and the fixed sleeve is provided with a ventilation hole.
The inner wall of the iron roller has a fixed sleeve, which is connected to the hollow shaft through the fixed sleeve, and the fixed sleeve is provided with a ventilation hole.
3. Supply device of rice mill
It is composed of a hopper, supply door, ejector rod, lever mechanism, and so on. The entrance of the frame is provided with an entrance, which is provided with an inclined feed door. One end of the feed door is fixed on the thimble and can be swung up and down by the spring of the thimble. One end of the thimble is connected to the supply door and the other end is connected to the lever mechanism. The other end of the leverage mechanism is connected to the lever. The other end of the pull rod is installed with a hand wheel, the pull rod is provided with a positioning slot, the outer cover of the pull rod is provided with a positioning cover, and the positioning cover is provided with a card entrance. Rotate the handwheel to control the size of the feed door opening.
4, the structure of the rice mill clean and cold rice device
The rice washing machine has a cold rice cleaning device, which can further reduce the temperature of the rice and remove the bran. The cold rice cleaning device is composed of a bran pipe, a pressure door, and a handle. One end of the chaff collecting pipe is connected to the chaff collecting bucket, and the other end is provided with an open pressure door, which is controlled by the damper handle.
The negative pressure bidirectional multi-channel air intake greatly increases the inlet area and air inflow of the rice milling machine, reduces the rice flour rate, saves energy, and has the characteristics of mechanical dual-use. The finished rice processed by this machine has the advantages of uniform precision, fine surface, good color, and less starch.
