International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM) Eurasia Conference &
Expo was held from August 31 to September 1, 2023. The conference and expo were
held at the Halic Congress Center in Istanbul, Turkey.
With its 125-year history, the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM) is the world's largest non-profit organization that brings together grain millers and trade representatives to develop education and training opportunities in industry-related areas of grain milling. With its 10 directorates in the United States and 4 other directorates in other parts of the world, IAOM offers an international forum for ideas, technical and educational opportunities, discovery of new products and services, and networking.
