The preparatory work before starting up

2. Remove the sundries (such as stone grains, iron, etc., no too large and too long stones, iron blocks) in the rice to avoid accidents. Check whether the dry and wet degree of rice meets the requirements, and then plug the bucket insert board tightly, and put the rice into the bucket to be played.
Technical requirements after startup
1. Connect the power and let the rice milling machine idling for 1 to 3 minutes until the operation is stable, then slowly pull out the feeding insert plate for feeding and put it into work.
2. Check the quality of rice milling at any time. If the quality does not meet the requirements, adjust the discharge insert plate or adjust the gap between the rice knife and the grinding core. The method is: if there is more grain, adjust the discharge plate first, and reduce the rice mouth appropriately (if the rice mouth is reduced, there is still more grain. The gap between the rice knife and the grinding core should be reduced); If there is more broken rice, the rice mouth (or the gap between the rice knife and the grinding core) should be larger.
3. After using the rice milling knife for a period of time, if it is not sharp due to wear, the rice milling knife can be turned around and used. If the sieve is leaking rice, it should be replaced with a new one. If the hulling rate of the rice huller decreases, the space between the two rubber sticks should be adjusted. If the adjustment is not effective, the rubber sticks must be replaced.
4. At the end of rice milling, the grain tray should be inserted tightly, so that the rice in the white room is all rolled over, and then the power is cut off after the body is discharged.
Maintenance after shutdown
1. If the temperature of the bearing housing is found to be high, lubricating oil (such as butter) should be added.
2. Conduct a complete and detailed examination of the body.
3. Children and adults who are not familiar with the use and maintenance of rice milling machines are strictly prohibited from playing with rice milling machines, so as to avoid unnecessary losses.
