The food additive industry is expected to exceed $ 115 billion in 2024, according to Global Market Insights data. It is also estimated that pastry and confectionery applications will exceed $ 35 billion in 2024. The compound annual growth rate of artificial flavors and enhancers is expected to be about 5 percent between 2018 and 2024.
