According to the nature and storage time of the stored materials, necessary preventive measures should be taken (such as cooling, emptying the warehouse, etc.) to ensure the safe storage of various materials.
2. It is strictly forbidden to add additional facilities and loads to the steel silo without authorization.
3. Strictly prevent dust explosions when working with open flames in the warehouse.
4. Attention should be paid to the inspection of the self-tightness of the conveying equipment, gate valves and other facilities used in conjunction with the steel silo, and attention should be paid to the rain-proof inspection of the joints with the steel silo, so as to prevent rainwater from entering the steel silo from this link, resulting in the material in the steel silo spoiled.
5. When the cement clinker is loaded into the warehouse, it should not exceed 85°C. If the temperature is too high, it will easily cause the deformation of the warehouse body and cause unsafe factors.
6. When gas is conveyed and loaded in the fly ash steel silo, the pressure should not exceed 10-12kg. Ensure that the air holes on the top of the warehouse are unblocked. If dust is found in the air holes, it should be cleaned up in time, and dust should not accumulate in the filter cloth.
7. Eccentric loading and unloading are not allowed during use, and it is strictly forbidden to directly open holes on the warehouse wall to discharge materials.
8. Regularly check whether the ventilation holes on the roof of the warehouse are unblocked, and it is strictly forbidden to generate too much air pressure in the warehouse.
9. Before the rainy season comes every year, the construction party should carefully check the anti-corrosion condition of the steel silo, and carry out anti-corrosion treatment on a regular basis.
