How APC technologies
work?
APC technology is composed of the Vaporator Direct-fired Steam Generator with
Original Vertical Conditioner. The Vaporator can instantly produce anaerobic
(oxygen-deficient) steam with independently variable heat and moisture contents
and volumes with a thermal efficiency of 98%. Sealing rotary airlocks lock the
heat in the conditioner & sustain the anaerobic environment. Liquid
addition Systems Are incorporated with water addition as a standard and others
per customer specifications. The PLC based system is for fully automatic
operation and can be easily integrate with new or existing mill control system
allows for both semiautomatic and Manual operation and is designed to be
integrated with or replace tradition press Control systems.
APC technology offers the following
advantages for Pelleting:
a. Increased feed conversion.
b. Increased pellet quality.
c. Increased selectivity of raw
materials due to the advantages of long-term/medium temperature conditioning.
d. Decreased energy consumption, both
electrical and fuel (as compared with other processes).
e. Guaranteed total elimination of
E-coli and Salmonella.
f. 25-30% increased pellet press output with a corresponding reduction in wear and tear on the rollers and die.
Cold meal slowly warms with dynamics Conditioner:
In this technology the mixed meal reaches the required temperature (also
possible to higher temperature) as well as the feed additives particles begin
to soften and the gelatinization of the starch begins. Pressure in lower region
forces gelatinization continues and particle plasticity occurs yielding reduced
friction al die and rollers; that’s why E-coli, Salmonella eliminated.
What is Vaporator (Direct-Fired
Steam Generator):
The Vaporator supplies steam to the original vertical conditioner or steam
chest for the conditioning of ground feedstuffs, whole grain, legumes etc. The
selection of a Vaporator is based on top per hour output with the conditioner,
number of steam chest, tonnage and the individual operating requirements.
Vaporator system operates at very low pressure (<1 bar): In our country most
of the laws related to steam pressure in boilers are complied with. As a
result, a full-time boiler operator is not required.
