Even during challenging times we always aim for best know-how transfer and training. Therefore we successfully did some maize milling research/trails on our new application center.
The maize was taken through all the quality checks right from intake to finished product and also a cooking and sensory evaluation tests. Highest extraction with great quality was achieved.
Among the checks done were Aflatoxin levels, granulation, moisture content and also colour was examined. After completion, the product was given a pass! –By African Milling School, Nairobi
