There is so much to learn in the 45 hours of educational programming shared at GEAPS Exchange when we gather February 24-27 at the Kansas City Convention Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Last week, we told you about the Maintenance Track. We hope you are looking forward to it as much as we are!
As we said earlier, attendees can sample all the tracks while at the GEAPS Exchange. Like each of the educational tracks, the Employee Development Track is being planned by members of the GEAPS Exchange Educational Programming Committee who have a keen knowledge of all things Employee Development. He said the Employee Development track covers many aspects of how to train and work with your team to develop a highly skilled and reactive workforce that can take on many of the challenges we face.
Todd Morey is a member of the EPC, a member of GEAPS' board of directors, and a sales manager at Frisbie Construction, Inc.
"Having effective and focused teams is essential for a smooth operating facility," he said. "Employee development is essential to long-term sustainability."
